Join Ellen and Jacqui for a 2-hour online essential oils and yoga workshop to calm feelings of stress and anxiety. Create your own unique blend of Harmony and incorporate it into a grounding yoga practice.
As we transition into the colder months, the seasonal blues can bring us down. Combined with this year being a challenging time for many of us, feelings of stress and anxiety can arise and become overwhelming. The combination of essential oils and yoga are an invaluable tool to help us overcome these feelings and support our overall mood and well-being.
In this workshop, we'll:
- Start by learning about the oils we'll use with Ellen and the unique properties that each oil has to affect our well-being
- Create your own 10ml roller blend in a kit we send to you - you'll receive a 5ml bottle of Wild Orange essential oil, a 1ml vial of Balance essential oil blend, a 10ml vial of Fractionated coconut oil and an amber glass roller bottle.
- Finish with an hour long grounding yoga practice with Jacqui where we will incorporate the oils to enhance our practice through meditation, breathing and flowing
This workshop is suitable for all levels and all you need is a yoga mat or a space to practice on, and some comfortable clothes. You'll leave this workshop feeling revitalised with a sense of calm, and with the new knowledge of how to use essential oils and your yoga practice to dispel feelings of stress and anxiety.

About your instructors:
Ellen is an advocate for essential oils and natural living. She started using pure essential oils 7 years ago and has learned how to use them for emotional wellness, reducing toxins in household products and improving her family’s well-being.
She moved to Northern Ireland from New Zealand 3 years ago and decided to share her experience and knowledge with others. She has an online community of members in which she supports and teaches ways to use essential oils safely and effectively. She also offers a range of workshops and online tutorials on low tox living, natural well-being and emotional wellness.
Jacqui is a certified yoga teacher originally from New Zealand, now living in Germany. She is a former ballet dancer, but after moving on from that career, found herself working behind a desk in the corporate world. She came to yoga as a way to keep moving her body, but soon found that it provided much more.
In a particularly stressful time in her life, yoga helped her to have a moment of calm in her day where she could let go of everything outside her mat. Through a regular yoga practice, she continued to see an improvement in her entire physical and mental well-being, and that is what ultimately led her to become a yoga teacher. Her goal is to share all the same positive impacts of mind, body and soul that she experiences through her practice to as many people as possible. In her classes, expect creative flows moving between soft and dynamic movements with a focus on the breath.
